Voxlog presented last week the new transport control tools created by C-LOG, specially designed to meet the new needs of retailers and e-merchants. These new features add to the global omni-channel transport offering for both distribution and import-to-customs transport.
A freight forwarder since 2012 and a recognized supply chain supplier in the retail and E-commerce market, C-Log continues to innovate and now offers innovative transport management tools to its partners.
In 2019, C-LOG developed its Colibri transport tool, a tool for planning in-store pickups and printing transport labels. Available anywhere in the world via a simple web connection, Colibri is intended for small and medium-sized businesses, but also for retail giants.
The Cosmos tool, meanwhile, enables retail and E-commerce professionals to follow the evolution of their stocks and orders in real time. A transport team and a service team are available to support its users.
Thus, specific operations such as warehouse returns, end-of-season returns or in-store collections are simplified.
The development of these unique tools was carried out in order to meet the new challenges of retail and e-commerce professionals. The digitalisation of the fashion market and the need to control its end-to-end flows has been heard by C-LOG, which has been offering these tools for several months to its partners.
